Two side panels bear identical text "MILLENIUM/ COUNT-DOWN/ LCD ALARM CLOCK/ Year 2000 Count Down/ Alarm/ 3 Programmable Event/ Alarms/ 12/24 Hr. Alarm Clock/ and Calendar/ (Month/ Date)/ Uses 2 "AA-size" (UM-3)/ Batteries (not included) "."CE" and ['recyclable' symbol] printed on lower edge of one side panel. "MADE IN/ CHINA" printed on goldtone decal on underside of box.
