OCT. 4,'98./ AUG. 12,"13./ MODEL 151 No 11300 ". Scale 0-1 divided in increments of .5, and labelled at intervals of 5. UHN catalogue no. "2000.1.6" printed by hand in white ink on casing. "NOTICE/ THIS instrument is SEALED./ If the instrument fails, we reco[mmend]/ that it be sent to the maker for repairs [with]/ out breaking the seals./ Claims for damages cannot be enterta[ined]/ by this Company if the seals are distur[bed]. Weston Electrical Instrument C[o]./ Newark, N[ew Jersey]/ [...20M 5- 12]" printed on paper label remnant fixed to meter back. "3579/ W.E.I. Co." stamped into casing back.
