NEW HAVEN. CONN." Number stencilled in white on top of ammeter (near handle): "168" Sticker on top of ammeter (near handle): "NATIONAL RESEARCH/ ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING/ LABORATORIES [a red "D" is painted on top of sticker]" Information on yellow tag reads: "THIS METER/ was calibrated at the factory/ with 115 V, 60 c.p.s. If recali-/ bration, due to transport-shock/ or other abuse should become necessary, open back plate and/ follow simple calibration instruct-/ tions. Do not open modulator/ as this automatically cancels/ guarantee./ MILLIVAC/ INSTRUMENT/ CORP."
