- White hand lettering reading 'ELECTRONIC SACKBUT' on front above the keyboard.
- Manque
- Some parts removed and used on later instruments. According to a 1974 discussion between E. Decoste & Le Caine, there was one earlier version that was dismantled and some parts used for this one.
- Fini
- Unfinished wood (parts originally painted grey). Synthetic components primarily black, white and brown. Metal components plated, brushed, painted black and unfinished.
