- Orange label applied on inside back edge of helmet is damaged, and partially illegible; reads in part " [Gentex logo]/ GENTEX CORPORATION/ Carbondale Corporation, Pa. 18407"; "X-Lg" printed by hand in ink on label. "HADFIELD 202" printed on red dymo tape label applied to outside back of helmet. Remnant of round buff-colour paper decal on helmet exterior [may document minor damage]. Dark blue fabric label sewn inside back of inner helmet assembly reads " Gentex/ CORPORATION/ CARBONDALE, PA./ U.S.A. PATS. PEND./ LARGE". Numerous markings present on oxygen mask assembly include "SILICONE" and "MASK, OXYGEN, PRESSURE BREATHING/ MS 22002- [blank] MEDIUM/ SIERRA ENG. CO./ PN 520- [blank]-1" cast in raised print; "1660/21-849-0172", "57B3661" and "FPI P/N 1675" printed on mask and hose; "SECO/ P/N 241-16/ MFG. 92114/ [?] SS [?] MS22056- 4" and "MICROPHONE ELEMENT/ M101/ A16/ FRONT" recorded on components housed inside mask .
