This stabilizer was used as a counterweight to keep a vertical wind turbine (VAWT) stable as it harnessed wind energy to convert it into electrical energy. The weights, which were supposed to stabilize the turbine, were never installed. In July 1978, the turbine became destabilized and spun off its tower. - A silver metal object with a rectangular shape that has two rows of three holes on its face. A white sticker is visible on its front face with handwriting on it. The back of the artifact has writing on it in black ink. Un objet en métal de couleur argent qui est en forme rectangulaire. Il possède deux rangées de trois trous sur sa face. Un autocollant blanc est aussi visible sur sont devant avec de l'écriture à la main. Le dos de l'artefact a aussi de l'écriture en encre noire.
