Canadian Milk Products was apparently the first producer of powdered milk in Canada. According to the text in the Public Health Journal, it seems it was first offered by doctors and sold at pharmacies. Printed directions on the can. - Function

Print in the centre of decal reads: "1234043 [whiten in pen on print "REB"]/ NET WEIGHT 50 POUNDS/ TRUMILK/ TRADE MARK REGISTERED/ BRAND/ POWDERED WHOLE/ MILK". White with red contoured label, not original to can has illegible handwritten print. Second label, partially torn reads: "[missing print] ons/ for mixing Trumilk/ [missing print] fresh milk containing all of the cream, reduced to convenient powder/ [missing print] only the water./ [missing print] tandard whole milk, use the following proportions -/ [missing print] QUART WATER - ADD 5 ozs.
