IN CANADA"/ Instruction for use are in French and English and read: "DIRECTIONS - Brush teeth down and up from gums towards points. This/ forces the tooth paste between where acids form. Do this several/ times daily. It is particularly important at bedtime. Try to leave some/ tooth paste between teeth.
