Function: A fabric cuff with an inflatable band that is wrapped around the upper arm and used in conjunction with a measurement device to measure blood pressure. This cuff was used with a sphygmomanometer.

"[double heart logo] Hartz/ TORONTO AND MONTREAL" printed in red on second label sewn to suff. "Baumanometer/ R' printed on rubber bulb. "AIR FLOW/ CONTROL" and "W.A. BAUM CO. Inc./ NEW YORK." stamped into bulb collar.
