- "Electric Clonophore/ WAPPLER/ ELECTRIC CO./ NEW YORK/ PAT. APP'D FOR/ A.C.M.I./ [logo]/ TRADE MARK/ REGIST'D NOV. 10 '09/ U.S.P.O." printed on metal plate fixed to upper right corner of control panel. "134" stamped into wood control panel, below mfr's plate. Plate mounted between two large dials on control panel reads SPEED/ CURRENT/ CONTROL/ STRENGTH". UHN catalogue no. "X969.224 A" printed by hand in white ink on underside of control panel. UHN catalogue no. "X969.224 B" printed by hand in white ink on case back, below right hinge.

- Medium brown wood case has silver metal hinges; medium brown wooden control panel houses metal [including brass] and synthetic [bakelite ?] components; cloth covered copper wires attach to batteries [now missing].
