All controls, etc. labelled. "AMPHENOL" stamped on one metal connector. "RALARLLL C" & medical symbol cast in raised form on central connection point for lead lines; individual colour-coded leads marked "LL' [red], "C" [brown], "LA" [black], "RA" [yellow] and "RL" [green].
Missing: From CA of 11/12/2003 by Sue Warren: No - Complete
Finish: Black wrinkle-textured finish; fitted with moulded black synthetic knobs, etc. Cables extend from both side panels.
