- Plate on panel front reads "SANBORN COMPANY/ CAMBRIDGE, MASS. U.S.A./ MODEL/ 96/ SERIAL/ E7". "EQUATED/ LEAD SELECTOR/ (GRAETTINGER- PACKARD- GRAYBIEL)" marked on front panel. All controls, etc. labelled. "AMPHENOL" stamped on one metal connector. "RALARLLL C" & medical symbol cast in raised form on central connection point for lead lines; individual colour-coded leads marked "LL' [red], "C" [brown], "LA" [black], "RA" [yellow] and "RL" [green].
