Instruction card fixed to inside of cabinet lid includes following info.: "WRIGHT SUPER 5/ Manufactured by/ WRIGHT RADIO LIMITED/ MONCTON, N.B., CANADA/ SERIAL 1415"; info. re: battery connections, aerial, ground, tubes, rheostats, switch & tuning. Masking tape markers on external connections bear handwritten labels: "YELLOW/ OFF-ON/ SWITCH", "NOT/ CONECTED", "MAK[?]/ SPEAKER/ AND PHONE/ JACKS". Loose marker reads "(TOGETHER/ [?] ON 5 TUBES". Vacuum tubes: (from left to right): Tube 1: "C" [Cunningham logo] marked on tube top. " CUNNINGHAM/ CX301A" marked on tube base.
