Plate on inside of lid reads "PATENTED/ 1916-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25"/ MANUFACTURED BY/ STANDARD RADIO MFG. CORPN./ LIMITED/ TORONTO./ TYPE R-250/ SERIAL NO. 5180". Plate on chassis reads "TYPE R-220/ SERIAL NO. 635/ H.E.P.C APP. NO. 1336/ VOLTAGE 110 FREQUENCY 25-60/ MANUFACTURED BY/ STANDARD RADIO MFG., CORP., LTD./ TORONTO, ONT." Decal on chassis reads "LICENSED FOR USE WITH/ LONG LIFE RECTIFYING TUBE/ TYPE BH/ Raytheon/ 85 [text damaged]".
