Label inside receiver back reads "Model No. D2/ Serial No. 3227/ Manufactured [text missing]/ THORKELSON RADIO [text missing]/ WINNIPEG, MA[NITOBA]". "32 volt" handwritten in black grease pencil on chassis. Some components bear mfr's markings./ Vacuum tubes: (from left to right): Tube 1: "25L6/GT" marked on tube sleeve. "MADE/ FOR/ PHILCO/ T.M. REG./ WHEN RENEWING/ INSIST ON A GENUINE/ PHILCO TUBE/ E7" marked on tube base.
