Plate fixed to inside back of cabinet reads "WESTINGHOUSE 57/ USING UX 201-B TUBES". Red decal below has been damaged and is incomplete; reads "..BINETS". Metal plate fixed to underside of cabinet base reads "28388". Serial no "28388" also handwritten inside cabinet./ Vacuum tubes (from left to right): Tube 1: "01B" printed on tube sleeve.
