Missing: UPPER CARRIAGE MISSING. ALLUMINUM (?) ADAPTOR FITTED TO CARRIAGE PRESUMABLY MFD. BY NRC, AND IS NOT ORIGINAL/CONTEMPORARY TO THIS INSTRUMENT.
Finish: BLACK WRINKLE FINISH ON END SUPPORTS. SMOOTH DULL-BLACK FINISH ON MAIN SECTION, AND ONADJUSTMENT DIAL FITTED TO MEASURING CIRCLE. DIVIDED CIRCLE GRADUATED ON SILVER METAL. PT WOODEN CASE IS UNFINISHED.
