EXAMPLE OF WELL-MADE, IF UNUSUAL, BINOCULARS MFD. C.1915-1930. MOST BINOCULARS FROM THIS PERIOD WERE MADE FROM DRAWN SHEET TUBING, LIGHT & CHEAPLY MFD. THIS PAIR CAST IN ALUMINUM: THE BODY WAS PAINTED, THE EYEPIECE FITTINGS OF VULCANIZED MATERIAL, WHICH IS UNUSUAL. EACH EYEPIECE IS ADJUSTABLE +/-10; ANGLE OF NOSE ADJUSTS FROM 72-64 DEGREES. - Area Notes
