[blank]/ VOLTS 220 RPM 500 TO 1500/ NO. 8153 SPEC. 9088 FRAME C/ PATENTED SEPT. 4, 1906- MAR. 12, 1907/ OTHER PATENTS PENDING". "RELIANCE" cast in raised print on oiler cover. Plate fixed to casing reads "[logo- toothed wheel]/ RELIANCE/ TRADE MARK/ N.P. 6131H". Number stamped on bolt head on shaft end is illegible.
