- Plate on motor reads "CROCKER-WHEELER/ COMPANY/ AMPERE, N.J. U.S.A./ 1/2 HP. SIZE 1/2 C.M. PAT'D/ MAY 5, 1891./ AND OTHERS./ NO. 2055 SPEED 1200 AMP. 4 VOLTS 115". Red dymo tape label on base reads "MF.1.52". "C-W NO 1/ 2" cast in raised print on base. "287" handpainted on frame over winding.
