DC/ OUTPUT-V 115 KVA 485 PF 1.0 PH 1 FREQ. 400/ SERIAL UB-D-50901 ASSEMBLY/ NUMBER TT8117016". Stylized markings stamped into mfr's plate, and in ink on casing are largely illegible. "ROTATION" printed on arrow-shaped decal applied to motor top. Decal on base marked "BASE MUST BE/ SOLIDLY GROUNDED/ BEFORE OPERATING/ THIS MACHINE/ SEE INSTRUCTIONS".
