Made by Canadian space technology mfr. Spar for Canada's ISIS satelite. ISIS 1 & 2 were Canada's 3rd & 4th spacecraft. ISIS 2 was last of ISIS series of pioneering Canadian designed & built craft (after Alouette 2 & ISIS 1). These were very successful scientifically & technically, providing huge amounts of scientific data & spurring development of Canadian space industry. - Function
