- 'ELECTRA/8/TRANSISTOR', logo and band markingsappear on upper front/'EAR' and 'HONG KONG' appear in raised print on back/Round paper label on component inside radio bears following info: 'QUALITY CONTROL/ J14412/PTD, HONG KONG/APPROVAL'./ Paper label affixed inside back of radio casing bears following information: ‘8 TRANSISTOR/ TO REMOVE CHASSIS: Remove screw below oscillator coil. Using screwdriver as wedge on left side, spread plastic/ case away from circuit board, allowing plastic rib to/ clear board. Gently pry chassis out of case left side first./ TO REPLACE CHASSIS: Slip right side of chassis board/ under right hand wedge on case. Spread left side of case/ and snap chassis in place PRINTED IN HONG KONG'./ Also depicted on label is a schematic diagram./ Black case bears following stamp on back: ‘GENUINE COWHIDE HONG KONG/ HAND STITCHED'.
