Commemorates Lieut. J. Rupert Baisley, R.F.C., R.A.F. John Rupert Baisley served with a Home Defence unit of the Royal Flying Corps / Royal Air Force, No. 75 Squadron, in 1917-18. The info on him is imprecise. According to ref. 3, John Rupert Lawrence Baisley was born on 25 April 1898. According to ref. 4, John Rupert Baisley was born on 25 May 1897, in Algoma, Ontario. He survived the war and seemingly worked for the Post Office Dept in the Winnipeg region. He was alive until at least 1970. - Function

- Two oval decals on blades reads: "AMERICAN PROPELLER & MFG. CO./ TRADE MARK/ PARAGON/ BALTIMORE MARYLAND U.S.A."/ Brass plate on hub reads: "Lieut. J. Rupert Baisley/ R.F.C R.A.F "/ Stamped in wood on either v-shaped edge right proper side, circle with a symbol then 8331 [?] inside a square is partially legible "A Ltd. 47", then "9409 R.BRODIE" on the left proper side which is very worn and faint circle with illegible symbol then "8-3 X600 RIGHT HAND"
