Plexiglass panel bears etched square grid: along all edges (right to left; top to bottom) is marked co-ordinates 50-0-50 divided and labelled at intervals of 5. Inside of grid marked variously "enemy", "allies", "1" to "10" and "A" to "Z". Also marked " call sign/ conf. b-z ". All markings in yellow or orange paint or grease pencil.
